A licensed psychotherapist, Dr. Pandya earned his Masters and Ph.D in the United States and spent his formative years as a psychotherapist mastering many different types of therapy, including behavior therapy,psychoanalytic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Gastault therapy, various group therapies, as well as hypnotherapy. Through in-depth work in both in-patient and out-patient settings – working with clients from a wide variety of age groups and cultures – Dr. Pandya began to stretch the boundaries of “traditional” therapy by combining the best techniques from each of the different methodologies he learned to create customized coaching tailored to client’s individual needs.
Dr. Pandya is an accomplished author, columnist and speaker offering his unique solutions that combines his immense insight on mind and spirituality resulting in individual’s spontaneous growth thru self-understanding of mind and self. He has published two books—Anubhuti or Inner-Experience, is an anthology of spiritual poetry and a second book, “Your Problems, My Solutions” which offers practical solutions to individual, children, marital and family problems in a question-answer format. He has published over 150 articles on mind and spirituality. Dr. Pandya offers private coaching seminars on topics: How to Optimized your mind, How to find a life partner based on your personality and value systems, How to minimize marital problems and maximize happiness, How to deal with in-law problems, How to speed up your career potential while solving management conflicts.
Dr. Pandya has spent years on studying spirituality in India and in his own journey, he had had the privilege of meeting and learning from many enlightened masters, including: Osho, J. Krishnamurti, Sri Chinmoy, Swami Rama, Ram Dass, Baba Ramdev, and Vimala-Tai, among others. He has also been fortunate enough to meet several prominent members of Indian society, including Sri Jayaprakash Narayan, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan (former President of India), Morarji Desai (former Prime Minister of India), Indira Gandhi (former Prime Minister of India), Sri Ravi Shankar, and Satyajit Ray (notable filmmaker).
